Dr. Theresa Schachner

Dr. Theresa Schachner currently serves as the Head of HR and Development at GLOBOGATE and is the Vice President of Operations, with a focus on enhancing organizational performance. As a co-founder and lead coach at Hoov Academy, Dr. Schachner guides personal and professional development. In an academic role, Dr. Schachner acts as an external lecturer at ETH Zürich and previously held the position of Executive Director at the Centre for Digital Health Interventions. With significant experience as an angel investor and founding partner at Transalpine Ventures and as a mentor in various incubators, Dr. Schachner supports early-stage startups, particularly in fintech, digital health, and technology-driven behavioral change. Educational credentials include a PhD in Technology Marketing from ETH Zürich, with prior degrees in cognitive science and equine science from prestigious institutions.
