Tor-Håkon Hellebostad has a diverse work experience. Tor-Håkon began their career in 2010 as a Portfolio Management and Security Analysis with the Anderson School of Management Investment Program. In 2011, they worked as a Graduate Assistant at the University of New Mexico. From 2012 to 2017, they were employed at Statoil and Equinor, where they held various roles such as Senior Analyst COO Operational Performance Analytics, Statoil Technical Efficiency Programme (STEP) - Project management office, Corporate Graduate Programme - Finance & Control, and Analyst Economic Analysis - Exploration: Strategy and Business Development. In 2018, they joined Oslo kommune as a Digital Mentor/Advisor. Currently, they are the COO & Co-Founder and CFO & Co-Founder of Globus.ai.

From 2007 to 2010, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from UNM Anderson School of Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences from 2006 to 2007. Tor-Håkon also obtained various certifications from Udemy, Coursera, and Coursera Course Certificates from 2017 to 2012.
