Hayden Cameron

Hayden Cameron is a seasoned professional in the engineering and medical device sectors, currently serving as Group Manager of Joint Reconstruction at Globus Medical since January 2017. In this role, Hayden manages a multidisciplinary team to commercialize robotic procedures for total joint replacement, ensuring the delivery of new procedural solutions while maintaining existing ones. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer at Globus Medical, where instrumentation development for robotic platforms was a primary focus. Prior to this, Hayden worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Endless Pools, leading the development of swim-in-place pools, and held a mechanical engineering position at CpK Technologies. Hayden holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical and Manufacturing (Honours) from the University of Melbourne, completed in 2010.
