Josh Bobrin

Josh Bobrin's work experience starts in 2002 at Discovery Labs, where they worked as a Manager of IT until 2004. Josh then served as a Law Clerk at Rubin, Glickman, Steinberg and Gifford from 2006 to 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Senior Associate at PwC. In 2010, they joined Ballard Spahr LLP as an Associate - Business & Finance until 2013. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at Vanguard, starting as an Associate Counsel and then promoted to Associate Counsel, Manager. In 2019, they moved to C&D Technologies, working as a Senior Corporate Counsel until 2022, when they became Assistant General Counsel. Josh currently holds the position of Vice President, Associate General Counsel at Globus Medical.

Josh Bobrin has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Franklin & Marshall College, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. Josh then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Management from Villanova University from 2003 to 2007. Following that, they attended Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law and earned a Juris Doctor degree in Law from 2004 to 2007. Finally, they further specialized in Taxation by obtaining a Master of Laws degree from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law from 2007 to 2008.
