Matthew Kennis

Matthew Kennis is an experienced professional currently serving as an Orthopedic Trauma Specialist at Globus Medical since May 2021. Kennis has owned and held the position of Vice President at Ice House Sports since December 2013. Prior to these roles, Kennis was the Director of Policy and Advocacy at Horizons for Homeless Children, a leading organization in Massachusetts focused on young homeless children and their families. Additional experience includes serving as the Assistant Director of Government and Community Relations at the College of the Holy Cross and as a Legislative Specialist with the Massachusetts Teachers Association. Kennis's career began with a role as Director of Constituent Services for Massachusetts State Senator Edward Augustus, where significant legislative achievements were made. Kennis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Master of Science in Public Affairs from UMass Boston.
