Tiffany Moyer

Tiffany Moyer is an accomplished Human Resources leader with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources- International at Globus Medical since July 2025, Tiffany drives strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals and compliance across regions. Prior to this role, Tiffany held key positions at Cognizant as Sr Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Director, focusing on global integrated service lines. Experience also includes serving as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at MMIT, where strategic support was provided to executive leadership, and holding various HR management positions at Unisys, including direct support to senior executives in Global Operations and Marketing. Tiffany began the HR career at Target, where responsibilities included staffing and performance management for a high-volume retail store. Educationally, Tiffany holds an MBA and a BS in Supply Chain & Information Systems Management from Penn State University.
