Shailendra Kumar has worked in various roles in the alcohol manufacturing industry. Shailendra started as an Asstt Manager at Radico Khaitan Limited in 2001 and later moved to DIAGEO India as a General Manager. Shailendra then held positions at Chandigarh Distillery & Breweries Ltd and Boutique Spirit Brands before joining Globus Spirits as Sr Vice President (Unit Head) in 2022. Their experience includes managing manufacturing, operations, new projects, and site supervision.
Shailendra Kumar completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from CCS (Chaudhary Charan Singh) University in 2001. Shailendra then pursued a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, graduating in 2007. In 2024, they completed the Advance programme in Strategy Management for Business Excellence from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
