Currently self-employed as an advisor through Jens Voldmester Consulting, Jens focuses on helping leadership teams navigate growth, transformation, and strategic challenges after serving as CEO of Globus Wine and VP of Anora's own brands Nordic division. Jens played a pivotal role in the rise of Globus Wine A/S, leading the company through significant growth and transformation. Prior to this, Jens held various high-level positions at Unilever, including Managing Director of Unilever Sweden and Denmark, and Vice President of Global Sales for the BCS business. Jens's career began at Mars, where valuable experience was gained in various key sales and management roles. Jens holds a degree from Copenhagen Business School and has a proven track record in driving business success and developing innovative strategies in the fast-moving consumer goods sector.
