Scott Lawless

Scott Lawless is an experienced professional with a robust background in purchasing, product lifecycle management, and customer service operations. Currently serving as the Purchasing, Product Lifecycle, and Returns Manager at GS Performance since April 2009, Scott is responsible for developing purchasing strategies, ensuring product availability, and leading a team to enhance business performance. Previously, Scott managed day-to-day operations in an online and phone order processing environment, significantly reducing call abandonment rates. Additional experience includes roles at Sprint and Verizon Wireless, focusing on customer relationships and inventory management. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from California State University, Chico.
