Michael Sandbichler has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the media and technology industries. Michael started their career as the Head of Development at Entertainment Media Verlag from 1999 to 2008. Michael then joined ProSiebenSat.1 Digital GmbH in 2008, holding positions such as Head of Project Management, Head of Technology, Director Technology Portals, Director Systems Engineering, and CTO until 2016. In 2016, they joined glomex GmbH as the Chief Product Officer and later became the Managing Director. In 2018, they briefly worked as the Managing Director at Advertising Platform Solutions. Currently, they are the SVP Platforms & Reach at Seven.One Entertainment Group, starting in 2021.
Michael Sandbichler attended the University of Münster from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they studied Translation and Interpreting at Universität Innsbruck from 1994 to 1995.
