Alexandre Phuong

Alexandre Phuong has a diverse work experience in product management and consulting. Alexandre started their career at DXC Technology in 2005 where they worked as a Consultant, leading teams and designing business solutions for clients. Alexandre then joined VIATYS Conseil as a Consultant in IT Project Management, where they managed projects for clients including France's major industrial bank. In 2012, they moved to Booking Holdings (NASDAQ: BKNG) and worked as a Product Manager, leading initiatives to improve the user experience of mobile applications and driving commission-free bookings. Alexandre later joined INKA Entworks Inc. as a Senior Product Manager, where they led the revamp of their AppSealing Mobile Game Protection product. Alexandre then worked at Tenping.,inc as a Senior Global Product Manager, leading the assessment of market fit and gathering customer feedback for the development of global products in the affiliate marketing network. Alexandre then joined ManoMano as a Lead Product Manager, overseeing product teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the seller experience. Currently, they are working at Glopal as a Lead Product Manager, leading product teams focused on marketing solutions and data science. Alexandre is responsible for building automated solutions, maximizing GMV, delivering target ROAS, and running models on BERT.

Alexandre Phuong completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computing from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée in 2002. From 2000 to 2002 they studied at this institution. After that, they attended ECE, Ecole d'ingénieurs, an Engineering School, where they pursued a Master's Degree in Engineering with a focus on Computer Sciences. Alexandre's time at ECE was from 2002 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained two certifications: ITIL Foundation - IT Service Management from EXIN in May 2009, and Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt from CSC Computer Sciences Corporation in March 2009.
