Jyothi Muthappa

Jyothi Muthappa is a seasoned Human Resources Leader with extensive experience in driving HR strategies and managing client engagements across various regions. Currently serving as a Partner and HR Leader at Gloplax Solutions since December 2021, Jyothi plays a crucial role in creating tailored HR frameworks and enhancing HR operations. Previously, significant leadership roles were held at Wells Fargo, including Vice President in London, where strategic HR initiatives were implemented, and as head of HR in the Philippines and India, contributing to the establishment of the organization's HR functions. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at HSBC and Senior Executive at Hinduja TMT. Jyothi holds multiple advanced degrees and certifications, including an Inner MBA from New York University and an Executive General Management Programme from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
