Yamini Jain

Yamini Jain has a diverse work experience. Yamini is currently a Founder Fellow at On Deck, a role they started in July 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded Gloroots in January 2022.

Yamini has also worked at Flipkart as a Senior Manager in Insurance from June 2020 to January 2022.

Before that, they were with Paytm, where they held roles in Business and Product. Yamini managed product and business operations for the Smart Retail vertical from May 2017 to June 2020, focusing on building the business and deploying Paytm POS solutions.

In 2012, Yamini worked at EY as an Associate Consultant and held various roles, including Risk Analyst. During their tenure, they consulted leading international and domestic firms and implemented performance improvement initiatives. Yamini also designed and implemented a Shared Financial Service Unit for a global software technology firm, resulting in cost savings for the company. Yamini led teams in addressing revenue leakages for a national media house and identifying gaps in the information supply chain for a global outsourcing firm.

Additionally, they gained experience as a Summer Intern at Dainik Bhaskar in 2012 and We Creators in 2011. At We Creators, they acquired customers for creative services and acted as the first point of contact for customer calls.

Yamini Jain completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Indian School of Business in the year 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce between 2009 and 2012. Yamini also attended Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vihar, Indore from 2007 to 2009, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for this period.
