Hannah Potts

Hannah Potts is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and management. Currently serving as Office Manager HR Liaison and Operations Coordinator at Lennar since August 2016, Hannah conducts new associate onboarding, facilitates training, and manages company events. Previous roles include Construction Coordinator and Construction Administrator. From September 2019 to the present, Hannah has also held the position of Team Captain at Glory Days Grill, following various management and training roles there from 2007 to 2016. Other experiences include Front of House Manager and Administrator at FANFARE Eatery, where responsibilities included scheduling, payroll processing, and vendor management, as well as a Food and Beverage Manager role at Heritage Hunt Golf and Country Club. Hannah holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Northern Virginia Community College, earned between December 2018 and December 2022, and graduated with a General Studies diploma from Centreville High School in 2010.
