Jo Thompson

Jo Thompson is currently the IS Director of Service Delivery at GLORY, where they focus on managing relationships with service providers to ensure that Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators are met while driving continuous service improvements. Prior to this role, Jo served as the Service Desk Manager at London Bridge Software from 1998 to 2007, during which time the company was acquired by Fair Isaac.
