Michael Williams

Michael Williams is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience across various leadership roles in finance and operations. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Flooid and ACRELEC since January 2024 and April 2020 respectively, Michael has also held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at GLORY since May 2014. Previous roles include European Finance Director at Hitachi Europe, with a tenure from December 2003 to May 2014, and Group Financial Controller at TLG Group plc. Michael's career spans various key positions in finance, including Financial Controller and Financial Analyst, along with non-executive director roles in several organizations. Academically, Michael holds a BSc in Accountancy and Law from Aberystwyth University and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) following studies with the ICAEW.
