Zoë Ayla Roukema has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Zoë Ayla is currently working at Gloss Ventures, where they hold the position of SVP Sales / GM Zoë Ayla Brand, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they were the VP E-Retail Sales at Gloss Ventures from October 2021 to September 2022.

Zoë Ayla Roukema also worked at SACHEU Beauty as the VP Sales starting in March 2022. Before this, they served as the Vice President at ERS Ventures from May 2015 to October 2021.

During their career, Zoë Ayla Roukema gained experience as an Independent Sales Associate at Appco Group from April 2014 to April 2015. Zoë Ayla also worked at Flowtrack - www.flowtrack.be as a Teamleader/Travel manager – Surf Camps from June 2011 to August 2012.

Zoë Ayla Roukema started their professional journey as a Front Office Receptionist / Administrator at the Academic Medical Center (AMC) from August 2010 to May 2011. Zoë Ayla also worked as an Administrative Receptionist at Benning & Partners Tax Advisors from August 2009 to December 2009.

Zoë Ayla Roukema began their education at Christelijk Lyceum, where they completed their high school education from 2002 to 2006. Zoë Ayla pursued a Gymnasium, Bilingual - International Baccalaureate English program during this time. Following their high school education, they attended Het Baarnsch Lyceum from 2007 to 2009, focusing on the Nature & Health profile. Finally, they enrolled at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2010 to 2014, earning an Engineer's Degree in BSc Engineering, Design and Innovation with a major in Product Design.
