Jim Ruirong Chen

Jim Ruirong Chen is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology and product development across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at GlossGenius since August 2023, Jim oversees core products engineering teams. Prior roles include Director of Engineering at Bolt, where responsibilities included managing financial products engineering, credit card processing integrations, and driving revenue growth. At Wish, Jim held multiple positions, culminating as Senior Director of Engineering, where leadership extended over a large team focusing on consumer experience, growth marketing, and payment systems. Previously, Jim gained valuable experience through internships at Microsoft and Amazon, and early career roles included web development and application development at Jauntr Inc and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, respectively. Jim holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
