Kim Rogers

Kim Rogers is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people operations and employee engagement. Currently serving as a People Business Partner and Engagement at GlossGenius since November 2024, Kim previously held senior positions at Harry's, Inc. from October 2019 to November 2024, including Senior People Business Partner and People Business Partner. Earlier career roles include Human Resources Manager and People Operations Generalist at Flywheel Sports, where Kim was the first Culture Lead, focusing on employee experience and cultural initiatives. Kim also co-founded Pink & Joan and held retail buying positions at WiNK Retail Group and Jessie James. Kim holds a BA in Humanities from Providence College, awarded in 2009.
