Emily Lewis is the current Senior Director, Retail & CX at Glossier. Emily has over thirteen years of experience in retail management and has held positions at both Target and Bonobos. During their time at Bonobos, Emily led the Customer Experience Strategy team and was responsible for innovating and evolving the online/offline customer experience as well as increasing active customer growth. Some of their notable accomplishments include increasing customer satisfaction scores by 30%, redesigning 7 communication vehicles, and overseeing consistent improvements to the user experience of store/field intranet portal.

Emily Lewis has a BBA in marketing and finance from Texas A&M University - Mays Business School.
