Andrew S. Mund

Andrew S. Mund, PE, currently serves as a Senior Marine Consultant at Glosten since April 2023. Previously, Andrew held the position of VP Engineering & Business Development at Ship Architects, Inc., where responsibilities included broad staff oversight, mentoring, design, and client interactions. At AdvanTec Global Innovations, Andrew worked as Operations Director in Alabama, overseeing a manufacturing plant startup, as well as serving as Technical Director of the Marine Division, focusing on engineering oversight. Andrew founded and managed Applied Marine Design, LLC, providing full service engineering for large yacht construction. Prior roles include Project Manager/Engineer at Derecktor Shipyards, Chief Project Engineer and Project Engineer at Trinity Yachts, and Lead Naval Architect at North American Shipbuilding. Andrew obtained a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the University of New Orleans.
