Elin Sonesson

Elin Sonesson is a Naval Architect at Glosten since January 2020, with prior experience as a Third Engineer at Transocean, where responsibilities included monitoring plant operations and conducting maintenance on various machinery. Elin also served as a Watch Officer at Maine Maritime Academy, overseeing students on a training ship, and worked as an Adjunct Instructor for a Pre-Calculus class, handling course planning and grading. An internship at Ameresco involved project management support and Excel work, while earlier experiences included tutoring physics and serving as an Engine Cadet on the West Auriga. Elin holds a Master's degree in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Systems Engineering from Maine Maritime Academy.
