Erin Lambert has an extensive work experience in the furniture industry. Erin started their career in 1994 at Klaussner Furniture as an Upholstery Trainer and Sample Builder. Erin then held various roles at Klaussner Furniture, including CAD/CAM Frame Developer, Senior Cost Analyst, and Cost Manager. In 2008, they joined Davis Furniture as a Quote Engineer. Erin later worked at Home Line Furniture as the Director of Product Development and at Davis Furniture as the Purchasing Manager and Assistant Plant Manager. Erin then joined Klaussner Home Furnishings in 2012 as the Cost Manager. Currently, Erin is the Vice President of Operations at Gloster Furniture, a position they have held since January 2022. Throughout their career, Erin has gained experience in operations, production management, cost analysis, training, and product development in the furniture industry.

Erin Lambert obtained an Associates in Science degree in Information Systems - Network Administration and Support from Randolph Community College in the period from 2003 to 2006. Prior to this, they earned an Associates in Science degree in Pre-Science from Sandhills Community College from 1992 to 1994.
