Emma Haines

Emma Haines has extensive experience in student support and development, currently serving as Head of Student Support at Gloucestershire College since March 2013. In this role, Emma oversees the strategic development of support services for over 3,000 full-time students and has expanded responsibilities to include part-time, higher education, and professional learners. Emma has previously held positions such as Head of Student Development, Student Experience Manager, and Head of GC Crew, focusing on pastoral care, employability, and personal development. Prior roles at Pearson and Zenos IT Training involved enhancing employability skills and supporting apprenticeship programs. Emma holds a BA HONS Degree in Human Resource Management and Marketing Management from the University of Gloucestershire, as well as additional qualifications in leadership and education.
