Heather Moyes

Heather Moyes is currently an External Governor at Gloucestershire College. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Student Engagement and Education Support at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from September 2013 to September 2018. Moyes was also Faculty Manager: Arts and Social Sciences at Lancaster University from May 2002 to November 2007, where they were responsible for supporting the Dean of Faculty in the operational and strategic management of a Faculty comprised of 16 departments including in respect of teaching quality, research support, third stream activities, budgetary management, space management, marketing and PR and associated governance activities. Moyes has also held positions at the University of Salford and the University of Liverpool.

Heather Moyes has a MBA from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society, a PhD in Comparative Politics from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, an MSc (Econ) in Comparative Government from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a BA (Hons) in European Studies and German from The University of Manchester.
