Grace Eccleston

Grace Eccleston is a Social Value Officer at Gloucestershire County Council since October 2023, previously serving as a Senior Social Value Advisor and Social Value Advisor at Social Value Portal from October 2021 to August 2023. In those roles, Grace focused on assisting organizations in the implementation of their social value strategies and advising on the National TOMs framework. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Customer Service Specialist and Customer Service Specialist at Guardian Financial Services, and as an In-house Translator and Project Manager at AKTUEL TRANSLATIONS UK LIMITED, where Grace translated and managed technical projects. Teaching English as a Foreign Language at Language Link Russia, undertaking internships with the Institute for Cultural Diplomacy and The Moscow Times, and volunteering as a teaching assistant further complement Grace's diverse background, supported by a Bachelor’s Degree in Modern Languages from the University of Exeter.
