Kimberley Watkins

Kimberley Watkins, Assoc CIPD, is an experienced HR professional with a specialization in employee relations. Currently serving as an HR Advisor- Employee Relations at Gloucestershire County Council since May 2023, Kimberley previously held a similar role at Rendall & Rittner from March 2022 to May 2023. With a strong foundation in HR case consulting gained during tenure at Virgin Media O2 and O2 (Telefónica UK), Kimberley's career also includes leadership experience as a Retail Store Leader and as a Regional Conduct Attendance Performance Lead. Kimberley holds a degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Gloucestershire.
