Pamela Gallagher-Willis

Pamela Gallagher-Willis is an experienced professional in the field of social care, currently serving as a Quality Reviewer for the Disabilities Quality Assurance Team at Gloucestershire County Council since November 2023. Previously, Pamela held the position of Residential Manager at National Star from July 2023 to October 2023, overseeing a residential home for students with physical and learning disabilities. Earlier roles include managing community-based services for children and young adults with disabilities at Within Reach Services and leading the Family Carer Support Service at Hft, focusing on supporting family carers of individuals with learning disabilities. Pamela's career also includes significant research experience as a Project Worker at The Royal College of Psychiatrists and a Research Assistant at Trinity College Dublin. With a Master’s degree in Applied Social Research from Trinity College Dublin and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from University College Dublin, Pamela is dedicated to improving the quality of care and support for individuals with disabilities and their families.
