Paul Baker

Paul Baker is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management and firefighting. Since March 2022, Paul has served as the Head Of Operations at Cleeve School and Sixth Form Centre of Excellence. Concurrently, Paul has been a Retained Fire Fighter with Gloucestershire County Council since June 2021. Prior to these roles, Paul held positions including Assistant Site Manager at Denmark Road High School and Commercial Manager at Tewkesbury School. With earlier experience as Sports Centre Manager at Tewkesbury School Sports Centre and Duty Manager at Tewkesbury Borough Council, Paul has built a strong foundation in both educational and public service environments. Paul completed education at Tewkesbury School and the University of Gloucestershire.
