Skye Smith

Skye Smith is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in football development and coaching, currently serving as the Women and Girls Football Development Officer at Gloucestershire Football Association since September 2023. With a strong background in coaching, Skye has been a Football Coach at SHINE since January 2021, where responsibilities include training various age groups and managing the Shine Girls football teams. Previous roles include Wellbeing Coordinator at SHINE, where efforts focused on enhancing staff morale, and multiple coaching positions at Gloucestershire Football Association, including coaching at the Girls Coaching Centre and assisting with U12 and U14 teams. Skye's coaching experience extends to women's football at Hartpury University and includes engaging over 150 new females in football during an FA Women's Football Apprentice role.
