Faith Joseph

Faith Joseph has a strong work history with experience in customer service and sales roles. Faith is currently working as a Customer Experience Supervisor at Glover, where they provide constant direction to team members to ensure excellent customer service. Faith also creates improved modes of operation and implements necessary changes when needed. Prior to Glover, Faith worked at Patricia, where they held various customer service roles including Customer Relations Supervisor and Customer Service Team Lead. Faith also has experience as a Sales Agent at Union Bank of Nigeria and as a Front Desk Officer at Digit One Solutions. Faith began their career as an English Teacher at Government Technical College and later transitioned into a Sales Manager role at Bee and Bee Stores. Their work experience showcases their ability to lead teams, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and adapt to changing environments.

Faith Joseph obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics from the University of Ilorin, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. These include a Diploma in Project Management from Alison - Empower Yourself, which they obtained in November 2021. Faith also holds a certification in "MASTERING PEOPLE MANAGEMENT & TEAM LEADERSHIP" from CEED ACADEMY, obtained in June 2021, and a certification in Customer Service Foundations from LinkedIn, obtained in March 2021.
