Frank Okoro

Frank Okoro has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Frank recently worked as a Product Owner at Glover, where they took ownership of the product roadmap and developed a clear product strategy. Frank also worked as an Associate Product Manager at the same company, where they managed stakeholder meetings, conducted user research, and resolved bugs. Prior to Glover, Frank worked as a Product Manager Intern at PATRICIA, where they contributed to the development of product roadmaps and managed daily sprint meetings. Frank also gained experience as a Customer Service Team Lead and in the Customer Service Department at PATRICIA, where they managed a team, resolved customer complaints, and handled fraudulent transactions. Before their roles at PATRICIA, Frank was a student at NewHorizonsNigeria and an intern at Ghana Highways Authority.

Frank Okoro completed their education in a chronological order. In 2006, they attended Doha College. From 2007 to 2011, they studied at the British International School and obtained their IGCSE degree. In 2011, Frank pursued a foundation degree at Bridge House College, and in 2012, they graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Mines and Technology, Tarkwa. Most recently, in 2021, they acquired knowledge in Applied Project Management at the University of North Dakota.
