Mariana Minafro Spinelli

Mariana Minafro Spinelli serves as the Head of UX at Glovo since May 2022, bringing extensive experience in user experience design and management. Prior to Glovo, Mariana held roles at Mercado Libre as UX Sr Manager and UX Manager from June 2020 to March 2022, focusing on aligning business strategies with UX activities to enhance seller and buyer interactions. At Despegar, from January 2018 to June 2020, Mariana designed an omnichannel after-sale experience for Latin American travelers and conducted user research to incorporate insights into product development. Mariana's earlier roles include contributions as a UI/UX Designer for the Buenos Aires City Government, a University Researcher and Lecturer at FADU - UBA, and as CoFounder & Art Director of TRP 21. Mariana's educational background includes an MBA from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and degrees in Communication Design, Graphic Design, and Scenography Design from prestigious institutions in Buenos Aires.
