Mikołaj Sobieszek

Mikołaj Sobieszek is an experienced professional in operations and project management, currently serving as Partner Operations Manager and Partner Excellence Project Manager at Glovo since February 2022. Mikołaj has a strong focus on portfolio growth through promotions, marketing activations, and improving KPIs for long-tail partners. Previously, Mikołaj worked at STARMINDS as a Traffic Executive, where responsibilities included supervision of client solutions and project coordination. As a Project Manager at SAMITO, Mikołaj developed significant projects and reported on budgets and performance while managing key relationships as an E-Commerce Marketing Specialist. Mikołaj also completed a psychology internship at Al Centro della Psicologia, where workshop organization and case analysis were key tasks. Mikołaj holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Uniwersytet Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie.
