Veronika Kliueva

Veronika Kliueva is a Process Optimization Specialist at Glovo since January 2022, with a focus on defining user-centric processes and implementing automations across approximately 25 countries. Prior to this, Veronika held the position of Senior Business Process & Operations Consultant at Deloitte, where responsibilities included delivering consultancy services for a multinational pharmaceutical manufacturer, primarily in the O2C process management. Veronika also has experience as a Junior Business Process & Operations Consultant and as a Junior Product Manager at Edenred, alongside a Junior Project Manager role at RSE.OST Group. Educational qualifications include an International MBA from ESERP Business & Law School and Bachelor's degrees in International Business and Business Administration from the University of Derby and EU Business School, respectively.
