Nicole Florit

Nicole Florit has extensive experience in finance and operations, primarily in leadership roles. Nicole currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at GLOW Social & Digital Agency, where they have been since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Finance at both GLOW Social & Digital Agency and Standard Media Index. Nicole also held the position of VP Finance & Operations at Paige. Earlier in their career, Nicole held various finance and controller roles at companies including innRoad, HealthiNation, eFront, Wilson RMS, Natura Water, New York Media, and the New Jersey Devils. Throughout their career, Nicole has demonstrated proficiency in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and implementing financial controls. Nicole has also been involved in process improvements, management reporting, and team leadership.

Nicole Florit holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Montclair State University. Nicole also pursued further education at Cornell University, where they obtained a Strategic Human Resources Leadership Certificate in 2016.
