Taylor Panconi

Taylor Panconi has a diverse work experience, starting as a Public Relations Intern at The Princeton Festival in 2012. They then worked as a Clips and Clearances Intern at Conaco in 2015, where they collected clip research, organized databases, and facilitated interactions between talent publicists and staff. In 2014, they joined the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) as the Bateman Competition Team Manager, competing in a campaign for NeighborWorks OC.

Taylor's work at Chapman University includes roles as a Fenestra Community Advisor, Resident Advisor, and Residence Hall Association Vice President of Administration. In these positions, they assisted students, encouraged campus involvement, coordinated events, and served as a liaison between students and the Office of Housing and Residence Life.

They then transitioned to Lionsgate, where they began as a Theatrical Marketing Intern in 2016. They progressed to become a Theatrical Marketing Assistant in 2017 and later a Theatrical Marketing Coordinator in 2018. At Lionsgate, they gained experience in the marketing field, working on various theatrical campaigns.

Most recently, Taylor joined GLOW Social & Digital Agency in 2019 as an Associate Director of Social Strategy.
