We believe in doing what's right, even when it's not the easiest thing to do. We're not afraid to make tough decisions and we're committed to investing in the future. We understand that short term gains may not always align with long term success, and we're willing to go the extra mile to make sure we're doing what's right for our company and our customers.
We move with urgency and focus
A sense of urgency definitely includes impatience. Every successful person is impatient with his own progress, and that of their team. Every member of the team should be impatient with the level of success so far. Yet they are not frantic, even in recovering from the latest emergency. They never confuse urgency with the level of effort expended.
