Jill Keiser

Jill Keiser has over 15 years of experience in marketing and brand strategy. Jill began their career in 2004 as an Associate Marketing Manager at Clarins, where they were responsible for developing marketing campaigns and coordinating with the international marketing team. In 2006, they joined L'Oreal - Active Cosmetics Division as a Marketing Manager for Dermablend, where they contributed to the relaunch of the brand and managed the Mastige drug store chain business. In 2007, they became the Marketing & PR Director at Brunello Cucinelli, where they developed and collaborated on seasonal marketing activation for various brands. In 2012, they joined White-T Consulting & Marketing as a Brand Director for Ballantyne - ODVision, where they spearheaded the relaunch of the brand in the US and Canada. In 2013, they became a Marketing & Brand Strategy Consultant at Nili Lotan New York, where they managed pre-market projects and facilitated communication with an external public relations team. In 2014, they joined MAC Cosmetics as a Product Development Consultant, where they finalized the product development of Holiday kits for counter launch. In 2018, they joined Winky Lux as the VP of Integrated Marketing and later Head of Marketing, where they led the global omnichannel Marketing team to create and execute digital, social, and traditional marketing strategies. In addition, they were the marketing lead for the 2020 Target full chain launch. In 2008, they joined Salcheto Winery as a Board of Directors Member.

Jill Keiser attended California State University, Long Beach from 1994 to 1998 and earned a BA in Political Science.
