Alex Kelly

Alex Kelly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diverse leadership roles across various industries. As Co-Founder of Glow Up Careers since December 2018, Alex has been instrumental in empowering individuals to achieve their dream careers through bespoke coaching and technology. Previously, from December 2013 to May 2024, Alex served as Director at Driftwood Group, facilitating unique connections and solutions for clients. Prior to that, Alex held the position of Mad Scientist at Silphion for twelve years, focusing on bioscience product development and therapeutic consulting. Alex began a career in product development at Phebra, contributing to R&D and drug-device combinations from 1998 to 2009. Academically, Alex holds a Master of Commerce in Economics from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology from UNSW.
