Sruthi Sunny

Sruthi Sunny is a Learning and Organizational Development Consultant at Glow Worm Consulting, where the focus is on fostering a sustainable and inclusive organizational environment by addressing intangible elements such as culture, employee well-being, and diversity. Prior to this role, Sruthi served as Assistant Manager of Learning Development at HTIC Global, coordinating with various teams to identify training needs for sales consultants in the Travel and Insurance divisions. Earlier experience includes working in Talent Development at Quess Corp Limited, providing comprehensive training support, and functioning as an APAC IT/Non-IT Recruiter, facilitating recruitment across diverse industries. Sruthi holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from PSG Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from Marian College.
