Dries Claes is a Senior Process & Automations Specialist at Glow25 since September 2025, showcasing expertise in process optimization and automation. Previously, Dries held the position of Process Improvement Manager at SIXT from January 2024 to August 2025, where an AI-assisted Complaint Management system was created and a Dynamic Damage FAQ was launched to enhance operational efficiency. As a Process Manager at Expertlead from February 2019 to December 2023, Dries mapped over 50 core processes and implemented more than 200 automations, significantly reducing repetitive tasks.
