Ilya Shakhurin

Ilya Shakhurin currently serves as the Head of Retail Practice for Sales & Business Development at GlowByte Consulting since April 2021. Prior to this role, Ilya held various positions at SAS, including Account Executive and Senior Presales Consultant in the retail sector, and was the Head of Marketing & Commercial Projects Portfolio at Pharmacy Chain 36.6. At X5 Retail Group, Ilya contributed as a Senior Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst, successfully delivering over 40 process optimization projects with significant business impact. Earlier experience includes strategy consulting at Wikimart, a consultant role at Accenture, and a Junior Product Manager position at Erich Krause. Ilya holds a Master of Science in Business Consulting and Information Systems Management from Skema Business School and a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
