Maxim Goncharov serves as the Predictive Analytics and Optimization Lead at GlowByte Consulting since February 2020, focusing on enhancing throughput capacity for major museums. Prior to this, Maxim held the position of Head of the predictive analytics and optimization department at Spellabs, where responsibilities included opportunity generation and solution development through mathematical optimization and machine learning. Maxim's career spans significant roles, including Senior Manager of Data Analytics at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Business Analytics SPSS Sales Specialist at IBM, contributing expertise in predictive analytics across various sectors such as retail, telecommunications, and banking. Maxim co-founded Spellabs Consulting Company and also managed projects at CROC and PwC, gaining experience in system design, project management, and technical implementations. Maxim holds a Baccalaureus der Mathematik in Probability and Statistics, Optimization from Freiburg University and a Diploma engineer in optical-electronic devices from the Moscow Institute for Radio-Engineering, Electronics and Automation.
