Ishaan manages all aspects of customer success, ensuring customers have a proactive and customer-focused advocate within Glowing. His responsibilities include overseeing solution delivery, client services, account management, and quality assurance/releases. With in-depth and vast experience in catering to portfolio of customers, Ishaan’s number one mission is to ensure each and every one of customers have a positive and successful experience with Glowing, from inception and onboarding to continuously evaluating on how to improve Glowing for tenured customers.
