Gautham R has extensive work experience in various technical support roles. Gautham started their career at Infosys BPM as a Senior Process Executive, where they acted as a floor manager and handled team responsibilities. Gautham then joined HP as a Technical Solutions Rep, providing troubleshooting support for client issues on Windows XP. After that, Gautham worked at AT&T as a Senior Technical Associate, where they handled network-related troubleshooting and server management tasks. Gautham then moved on to Stats Perform as a Team Lead, responsible for technical troubleshooting, client escalations, and support for company products and services. Later, they joined Envoy Mortgage as a Team Lead in IT Support, ensuring smooth functioning of computer systems. Currently, Gautham is working at GlowTouch Technologies as a Team Lead in Support Operations, overseeing website protection and monitoring for a client called SiteLock.

Gautham R completed their Master of Science (MS) in Information Technology from Mangalore University between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor Of Computer Applications degree from the same university in the years 2004 to 2007. Gautham also completed Pre-University education at Milagres College, Falnir Road, Hampankatte, Mangalore, and received their High School Diploma from Milagres High School.
