Paul is responsible for driving service and process improvement initiatives at GlowTouch, all of which support client success, employee satisfaction, and company growth.
With more than a decade at the company, Paul supports strategic and tactical initiatives across the business, including assessment and analysis of operations, human resources, marketing, sales and finance. He frequently collaborates with other members of the leadership team on programs aimed at organizational development and alignment, including the identification, planning, and implementation of best practices across the organization.
He has experience in the areas of strategic business planning and analysis, process development, IT service management, business analysis, project management, IT administration, and web development.
