Yuanchen Wang

Yuanchen Wang, CPA, has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2007, they worked as an intern at Shanghai Pudong Development Bank. Yuanchen then went on to serve as a volunteer teacher at Junior Achievement China and interned at HSBC. In 2008, they became a Program Manager of Global Business Ethics at Junior Achievement China. In 2009, Yuanchen interned at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the auditing department. Yuanchen later joined Unitas Capital as an Analyst Intern in 2010. In 2012, they worked as an Analyst Intern in the Investment Banking Department at Deutsche Bank, gaining experience in valuation and research. Yuanchen then joined PwC in 2013 as a Senior Associate of M&A Advisory, and later promoted to Manager in 2018. At PwC, they engaged in over 60 M&A deals, providing financial/commercial due diligence and risk assessment for various industries. In 2021, they joined GLP China as the Strategic Development Director.

Yuanchen Wang, CPA, pursued a Summer School program at McMaster University in 2004, focusing on Language. From 2007 to 2011, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Shanghai International Studies University. Yuanchen furthered their education at Fudan University, where they obtained their Associate Degree in International Finance from 2008 to 2011. Lastly, in 2011 and 2012, they attended the University of Rochester - William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration (CH) and earned a Master's degree in Finance.
