Brigitta Witte currently serves as the Head of EU Technical Support at Galapagos since May 2023, having previously held the position of QC Support Manager. Prior experience includes various roles at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson from October 2020 to May 2023, culminating in the role of Sr Supervisor Automation. Brigitta worked at HAL Allergy Group as Manager QC from October 2019 to September 2020 and spent over five years at Charles River Laboratories as lab manager and team leader for Virus Production, overseeing adenoviral construct libraries and project team advisement. Early professional experience includes positions in virus production at Galapagos BV, a QC Technician role at Solvay Biologicals, and a technician position at Delft University of Technology. Brigitta also completed a Master's thesis at LUMC and earned dual MSc degrees in Life Science from Universiteit Leiden and Delft University of Technology between 2000 and 2006.
