David Mendez

David Mendez has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. David started their career as an intern at ITACyL, where they conducted research on bioethanol production. David then worked at TU Delft as a PhD researcher and later as a postdoctoral fellow, focusing on the separation and purification of antioxidants. David then joined the Centre of Expertise Biobased Economy as a head researcher and lecturer, working on a project related to algae and duckweed valorization. David then worked at Process Design Center as a process engineer, focusing on conceptual design and evaluation of chemical processes. Most recently, David worked at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson as a data scientist, leading multiple projects on data management and automation.
